Emergency Support, any time

If an emergency occurs during the workday or after hours, please use the above emergency number. Return calls will be billed at emergency support rates, except for clients on maintenance contracts.

Non-Emergency Support — After Hours:

Option 1: Please email us: techsupport@miracledata.com and a technician will respond the next business day.

Option 2: Call our normal office number (818-501-3500) and leave a voicemail message describing your problem including your telephone number and the best time to reach you. We will route your issue to the appropriate technician, who will return your call the next busines day.
