After-Hours & Emergency Support
Miracle Data technicians are on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You can rest assured that when you contact us, someone who knows your business and network setup will respond instantly.

Instructions:
Option 1: After the tone, leave a voicemail with a description of the problem and as much details as possible.
Option 2: After the tone, enter a callback number at your current location, followed by the pound sign.
Response Time:
An MDC technician will respond within 15 minutes.
Emergency Support, any time
If an emergency occurs during the workday or after hours, please use the above paging service. Return calls will be billed at emergency support rates, except for clients on maintenance contracts.
Non-Emergency Support -- After Hours:
Option 1: Please email us: techsupport@miracledata.com and a technician will respond the next business day.
Option 2: Call our normal office number (818-501-3500) and leave a voicemail message describing your problem including your telephone number and the best time to reach you. We will route your issue to the appropriate technician, who will return your call the next busines day.
