Ken Kohn, Founder and President
Miracle Data Corporation was founded nearly a decade ago by Ken Kohn, our CEO. Ken is a 15-year computer industry veteran with in-depth knowledge of small enterprise and in-home needs. He has extensive experience delivering computer and Internet support, developing custom applications, and providing VAR (value-added reseller) services for Apple Computer, Microsoft, Cisco Systems and others.
Ken was a founding partner in NetProductions Online, one of the first California firms dedicated to providing quality business Internet solutions. He is also former Vice President of Operations at Chaparral Software and Consulting Services, a computer reseller and consulting firm. Ken is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. In his spare time he can be found 35 feet under the calm blue waters surrounding Maui, Hawaii.

Jonathan Schwartz, Senior Consultant
Jonathan has been providing technical support and consulting services for over twelve years in the Los Angeles region. He is the founder of Schwartz Computer Consulting, Inc. He started in the education sector working as a System Administrator for the University of Southern California’s Information Services Division and School of Policy, Planning, and Development. Since then, Jonathan has provided information technology consulting services to various types of businesses including non-profit, private, and educational with a focus on the total business solution.
Jonathan is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator with a Messaging Specialization, a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, and a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Originally from New Jersey, he is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Cinema-Television.

Chris Ullrich, Systems Engineer, Macintosh Expert
Chris brings his extensive and diverse knowledge of Macintosh, Windows and other technologies to Miracle Data after having run his own technology consulting business, The Mac Authority, for many years. He has extensive experience with Mac and Windows operating systems, servers, hardware, client and small business support and much more.
Chris has a B.A. in Communications from Cal State Fullerton as well as professional certifications from Apple and Microsoft. In addition to his technological expertise and experience, Chris is also a writer and frequent contributor to various publications including Comic Book Resources and The Unofficial Apple Weblog.

Jason Blum, Systems Engineer
Jason brings 18 years of professional I.T. experience to the Miracle Data team. He has worked with a wide variety of systems over the years, but the bulk of his technology experience is within the Microsoft domain, where he has managed a variety of networks running NT 3.51 and Windows for Workgroups to Windows Server 2003 and Windows Vista. He currently holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certification with a specialization in Messaging.
Jason's prior experience includes network engineering positions at larger companies such as Intel Corporation and Youbet.com, and he has also provided network architecture and support services for a variety of businesses as an independent technology and media consultant focusing on the entertainment industry. He has a strong background in music technology, and regularly contributes technical reviews and updates to nationally-syndicated magazines including Remix and Future Music, as well as producing and mastering music in his Hollywood-based commercial studio.

Tony Mark, Media Specialist
Tony is a film and television professional who has spent over 15 years in the trenches of Hollywood production. His background as director, producer, editor and post-production supervisor enables him to work with any multimedia project group as a trainer, production specialist or systems consultant. He is also knowledgeable in networking and Windows/Mac OS video systems optimization.
Tony has extensive hands-on experience (over 15 film and television productions) with Avid and Final Cut editing systems, which led to his being awarded a 2007 Emmy Award for Editing in an Animated Television Series. He is a graduate of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts film program in New York, New York.

Eric Oxenberg, Graphics and Web Technologist
Eric is a senior-level visual designer with over 15 years of print and web experience. An excellent communicator, facilitator and creative thinker who loves contributing ideas and skills to accomplish shared goals, Eric has extensive experience in both branded and direct response advertising. He is the group's interface between account management, creative and programming staff.
Eric's background also includes photography, copywriting, motion graphics and sound editing, technical support and training, database design and content management. He completed certificate programs in Graphic Design and Commercial Photography from Santa Monica College in Los Angeles, California. Eric is currently obsessed with the first two seasons of Ghiost In The Shell: Stand-Alone Complex, the coolest adult anime on TV.

Kimi Abe, Office Manager
Kimi administers scheduling, billing, requisitions and office management as well as providing primary-level technical support and hardware installations.
Kimi holds a B.S. from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas and graduated with honors holding an M.S.E.E. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She would rather cast a level 70 polymorph spell than fill out a requisition form any day of the week.
