Management and Staff
Ken Kohn, Founder and President
Miracle Data Corporation was founded nearly a decade ago by Ken Kohn, our CEO. Ken is a 15-year computer industry veteran with in-depth knowledge of small enterprise and in-home needs. He has extensive experience delivering computer and Internet support, developing custom applications, and providing VAR (value-added reseller) services for Apple Computer, Microsoft, Cisco Systems and others. Ken was a founding partner in NetProductions Online, one of the first California firms dedicated to providing quality business Internet solutions. He is also former Vice President of Operations at Chaparral Software and Consulting Services, a computer reseller and consulting firm. Ken is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. In his spare time he can be found 35 feet under the calm blue waters surrounding Maui, Hawaii.
Jonathan Schwartz, Senior Consultant Jonathan is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator with a Messaging Specialization, a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, and a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Originally from New Jersey, he is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Cinema-Television.
Mitch Krayton, Business Development Mitch holds a B.S. in Broadcast Telecommunications from Cal State Northridge and a J.D. from Glendale University College of Law. He has served on the Advisory Boards for Apple's VAR Council, Platt College of Design, Santa Clarita Film Bureau and local radio station KHTS-AM 1220. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster and an active volunteer for Jr. Achievement working with high school kids to help them learn about ethics, team building and effective communications. A native of Los Angeles, Mitch has been married for 37 years, loves theater and music, and is the proud servant to his two cats, Snowball and Charcoal.
Chris Ullrich, Systems Engineer, Macintosh Expert Chris has a B.A. in Communications from Cal State Fullerton as well as professional certifications from Apple and Microsoft. In addition to his technological expertise and experience, Chris is also a writer and frequent contributor to various publications including Comic Book Resources and The Unofficial Apple Weblog.
Jason Blum, Systems Engineer Jason's prior experience includes network engineering positions at larger companies such as Intel Corporation and Youbet.com, and he has also provided network architecture and support services for a variety of businesses as an independent technology and media consultant focusing on the entertainment industry. He has a strong background in music technology, and regularly contributes technical reviews and updates to nationally-syndicated magazines including Remix and Future Music, as well as producing and mastering music in his Hollywood-based commercial studio.
Chris Reeves, Systems Engineer
Chris’ technological experience includes managing Microsoft domains with NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Exchange, XP/Vista workstation, and Cisco switching /routing as well as Mac OS X. His professional background ranges from Routing Specialist and Network Analyst to I.T. Manager and Systems Engineer. Chris earned a B.S. in Communications from Associated Technical College in Los Angeles, California, as well as professional certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. Chris is a native Southern Californian who, when he can find the time, surfs the California coastline. But what makes him happiest are his wife and three wonderful children.
Tony Mark, Media Specialist Tony has extensive hands-on experience (over 15 film and television productions) with Avid and Final Cut editing systems, which led to his being awarded a 2007 Emmy Award for Editing in an Animated Television Series. He is a graduate of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts film program in New York, New York.
Eric Oxenberg, Graphics and Web Technologist Eric's background also includes photography, copywriting, motion graphics and sound editing, technical support and training, database design and content management. He completed certificate programs in Graphic Design and Commercial Photography from Santa Monica College in Los Angeles, California. Eric is currently obsessed with the final season of Battlestar Galactica, the best darn dramatic series on TV.
Kimi Abe, Office Manager Kimi holds a B.S. from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas and graduated with honors holding an M.S.E.E. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She would rather cast a level 70 polymorph Mage spell than fill out a requisition form any day of the week.

Jonathan has been providing technical support and consulting services for over twelve years in the Los Angeles region. He is the founder of Schwartz Computer Consulting, Inc. He started in the education sector working as a System Administrator for the University of Southern California’s Information Services Division and School of Policy, Planning, and Development. Since then, Jonathan has provided information technology consulting services to various types of businesses including non-profit, private, and educational with a focus on the total business solution. 
Mitch is a Digital Wiz, and for nearly 3 decades has supported businesses of all sizes with computing, network and process improvements. He has built several tech businesses focusing on digital convergence and electronic publishing. He has written dozens of articles for assorted trade publications. He understands how to harness digital technology so a business can grow and compete. Mitch uniquely blends his technical expertise, business sense and plain speaking to successfully coach companies through technology change. 
Chris brings his extensive and diverse knowledge of Macintosh, Windows and other technologies to Miracle Data after having run his own technology consulting business, The Mac Authority, for many years. He has extensive experience with Mac and Windows operating systems, servers, hardware, client and small business support and much more.
Jason brings 18 years of professional I.T. experience to the Miracle Data team. He has worked with a wide variety of systems over the years, but the bulk of his technology experience is within the Microsoft domain, where he has managed a variety of networks running NT 3.51 and Windows for Workgroups to Windows Server 2003 and Windows Vista. He currently holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certification with a specialization in Messaging.
With over 10 years of I.T. experience including technology management in the hospitality industry, Chris is challenged to improve the state of system infrastructure and reducing costs in a diverse field of network environments. Maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley compliance with industry standardization, Chris has improved uses of technology for large and small organizations. 
Tony is a film and television professional who has spent over 15 years in the trenches of Hollywood production. His background as director, producer, editor and post-production supervisor enables him to work with any multimedia project group as a trainer, production specialist or systems consultant. He is also knowledgeable in networking and Windows/Mac OS video systems optimization.
Eric is a senior-level visual designer with over 15 years of print and web experience. An excellent communicator, facilitator and creative thinker who loves contributing ideas and skills to accomplish shared goals, Eric has extensive experience in both branded and direct response advertising. He is the group's interface between account management, creative and programming staff.
